1. Service Usage Conditions

Welcome to Revoxio, a Revolut to Bexio expense import service. By using our service, you accept these terms and conditions in their entirety.

1.1 Eligibility

To use our service, you must:

• Have an active Bexio account
• Have a valid Bexio API key
• Have access to your Revolut transaction data
• Be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction

1.2 Authorized Use

You agree to use our service only for:

• Importing your own Revolut transactions to your Bexio account
• Managing your business expenses
• Any other use in compliance with these terms and applicable law

1.3 Prohibited Uses

It is strictly forbidden to:

• Use the service for illegal activities
• Attempt to bypass service limitations
• Share your account with third parties
• Use robots, scrapers, or other automated means to access the service
• Interfere with the normal functioning of the service

2. Subscriptions and Payments

2.1 Pricing Model

Our service operates on a pay-per-use model. You purchase a certain number of transactions that you can use without time limit.

2.2 Payments

All payments are processed by Stripe. By making a purchase, you accept Stripe's terms and authorize the payment of the indicated amount.

2.3 Refunds

Purchased transactions are non-refundable, except in case of a technical problem on our part preventing the use of the service. In this case, contact us at support@revolut-bexio.com.

2.4 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. Transactions already purchased will not be affected by these changes.

3. Responsibilities and Obligations

3.1 API Key Responsibilities

Our commitments:

• Store your Bexio API key securely with appropriate encryption measures
• Limit access to sensitive data to strictly necessary personnel
• Monitor our infrastructure to detect any suspicious activity
• Regularly update our security systems

Your responsibilities:

• Regularly check activities on your Bexio account
• Immediately report any suspicious activity to us
• Periodically renew your Bexio API key as a security best practice

3.2 Limitation of Liability

While we implement reasonable security measures, we cannot guarantee absolute security. Our liability is limited to cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct on our part. We cannot be held responsible for:

• Indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of our service
• Technical problems beyond our control
• Errors in imported data that would come from source files
• Consequences of a compromise of your API key that does not directly result from negligence on our part

3.3 Service Availability

We strive to keep the service available at all times, but we cannot guarantee 100% availability. Interruptions may occur for maintenance or due to technical issues.

4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to the service, including the code, design, logos, and trademarks, are our exclusive property or that of our partners.

The use of the service does not grant you any intellectual property rights over the service or its content.

5. Termination

You may stop using our service at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service in case of violation of these terms.

In case of termination, unused transactions will be lost without refund.

6. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. The modifications will take effect upon their publication on our site. We will inform you of substantial modifications via email or through a notification on our site.

By continuing to use the service after a modification of the terms, you accept the new terms.

7. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Swiss law. Any dispute relating to these terms or the use of the service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Swiss courts.
